Residents with us can apply for housing benefit, which is a tax-free monthly subsidy designed to help cover the rent for homes with their own kitchen or kitchenette. The possibility of receiving housing benefit depends on individual income and other factors. You can apply for housing benefit even if you only live in Denmark for a short period of time.

These studio apartments are designed to meet individual needs, giving you both personal space and a sense of community. We also work with companies to offer customized housing solutions for their graduates and young professionals, ensuring a seamless transition to a future career. We have a total of 84 studio apartments equipped with their own kitchen.

Lounge area

Enjoy a nice meal or get your morning coffee with residents – or invite friends over for a beer. The Café is run by the residents for the residents while also allowing the public to be invited in within opening ours.

Study hall

Having a designated and quiet spot is key when studying. At UMEUS you don’t have to leave your home to study. We have prepared a functional study hall - just an elevator ride away from your studio.

Group rooms

Few things can be achieved alone. Whether you are preparing for a group exam, planning the next UMEUS activity, or starting a student organization, the group room offers the necessary privacy and facilities.
