Housing benefit
All students living with us can apply for and receive Housing Benefit. Housing allowance is a grant that you can receive to help pay your rent if you rent a home with your own kitchen or kitchenette. You can apply for housing benefit even if you only live in Denmark for a short period of time.

Honesty Shop & lounge
Grab a cup of coffee or a quick snack with the other residents - or invite friends over. The Honesty Shop at UMEUS Amager offers a variety of snacks and drinks and is open 24 hours a day.
Study hall
Having a designated and quiet spot is key when studying. At UMEUS you don’t have to leave your home to study. We have prepared a functional study hall - just an elevator ride away from your studio.
Group rooms
Few things can be achieved alone. Whether you are preparing for a group exam, planning the next UMEUS activity, or starting a student organization, the group room offers the necessary privacy and facilities.
Rooftop terrace
The perfect place to be when the weather allows for it.
Laundry room
Naturally, we have a modern equipped laundry room so you don’t have to leave the grounds to get clean clothes.
Community Manager
You can meet your Community Manager and the rest of the UMEUS team and get answers to questions or come up with ideas to make UMEUS even better!
Communal kitchens
At UMEUS Amager, students will live across 19 shared kitchens. The shared kitchens are neatly designed with co-living in mind. Whether you enjoy cooking with your co-residents and have friends over for dinner, host a movie night or get drinks and play a board game – it all happens right here.
